The aim of this course is to assist employers in the creation of a work environment comprised of both inclusion and respect toward Indigenous workers. The course reflects briefly on Indigenous history both before and after colonization. It then invites discussion on the tragic outcomes of the residential school system in Canada and some of the steps taken on the path to reconciliation. Only together with education and discussion can workplaces strive to make change. Language options: English
