Incident Investigation

Course Info

This course covers the theory and practice of accident investigation in the workplace. Most accidents occur when work behaviour, equipment or environment are taken for granted, and the system fails unexpectedly. Accident investigations determine how and why these failures occur, and how the findings can prevent repeat incidents.
