This course has been developed as an OSHA equivalency elective to run as part of the OSHA 30 certification process as well as a stand-alone leadership techniques course to aid companies in the fulfillment of their workforces leadership skills training. The qualities of an effective leader are sometimes perceived to be intuitive, yet through education and practice, workers can develop or improve their skills to support the pursuit of safe, healthy, productive, quality driven outcomes.
Particular lessons are available in languages other than English.

Almost. You must sign up with a valid business name and address so that your tickets meet minimum legislation requirements. Workplace training is the responsibility of the employer, so any training you take while unemployed is likely not to be of any benefit. If you’re unemployed, but plan on working for a specific company in the near future, you could ask them about signing up under their company.
